28/06/2015 · I have changed playercore to use both localcast and bubbleupnp, but neither have been able to stream to my CC. Localcast continues to try and load the stream with no success and bubble continues to say no http stream found. Have updated kodi, bubble and localcast and still haven't got any to work. I have kodi installed on my phone, and have seen multiple tutorials on doing this but i can't get it to work. I have tried using localcast, If I want to watch content on my device I rename the playercorefactory.xml file in the "userdata" directory and restart TVMC. I usually just add a letter to the ".xml" part to be "playercorefactory.xmlt". In the bubbleupnp I can see the 2 streams one for the video and other for the SRT file but ez cast won't show them. If both Kodi and VLC are on the same mobile device, you can set up VLC as an external player by creating a file called playercorefactory.xml.
